User-centered
digital product design
Our approach is divided into 4 stages, following the design thinking methodology. If you are starting from scratch we can guide you through the whole process, but if you already have made progress we can start at the stage that you are currently at.

Our approach
Discovery
The project begins with a client interview (business, user, product goals). We ask crucial questions to outline the project's phases. For competitor research, we analyze 3-5 competitors, reviewing their features, pros/cons, and identifying opportunities, which we present in a table for easy understanding. After thorough research, we use an Impact-Effort matrix to evaluate and present key features based on their business impact.

Strategy
After the research phase, we create 2-3 personas based on collected data, such as user types and app reviews, to highlight objectives, pain points, and motivations. We then analyze the current structure of the app and design a new sitemap. Next, we develop user flows, mapping both worst and best-case scenarios to anticipate user experiences. Also, we begin considering wireframes to visualize how features will be presented.

Ideate
Once key phases are defined, we translate the collected information into visual wireframes, always referencing the research phase for optimal development. Iterating and testing with the client is crucial, whether presenting flow-by-flow or page-by-page, balancing client preferences with design insights. To ensure clarity, we create clickable prototypes, allowing the client to experience the app.

Visual Design
After defining wireframes and structure, we gather inspiration from competitors and similar industries, focusing on selecting the right colors, fonts, patterns, and design elements. Once the client approves the moodboard, we create multiple design versions for key pages. After approval, we proceed with the full app or website design. Like the wireframe stage, we create clickable prototypes that mimic a live app.

How do you incorporate client feedback into your design process?
Incorporating client feedback is a vital part of our design process. We engage clients from the very beginning by involving them in research and brainstorming sessions to ensure their vision is captured. Throughout the project, we present prototypes and design iterations for review, encouraging open dialogue and constructive criticism. This collaboration allows us to make necessary adjustments and align our designs with the client’s expectations. By fostering a transparent and iterative feedback loop, we ensure that the final product not only meets but exceeds our clients goals.
What industries do you specialise in?
We specialize in creating customized designs for various industries, including fintech, where we prioritize secure and user-friendly interfaces for financial services. In project management, we design tools that boost productivity and facilitate team collaboration. Our work in drone technology focuses on intuitive controls and effective data visualization. In gaming, we develop engaging and immersive user experiences, while in the medical field, we emphasize accessibility and clarity for healthcare websites. Additionally, we design interactive e-learning platforms in the education sector that enhance learning outcomes.
How do you determine project pricing?
We work on an hourly rate. Project pricing for design projects is determined based on several key factors. We assess the scope of the project, including the complexity of the design, the number of screens or pages, and any additional services like user research or prototyping. The timeline and urgency also play a role, as tighter deadlines may require more resources. Additionally, we consider the level of customization needed, whether it's a completely new design or enhancements to an existing one. After evaluating these elements, we provide an estimation on how many hours we will need to finish the project.
What is the expected timeline for a typical project?
The timeline for a typical design project varies based on its complexity and scope. For smaller projects, such as designing a simple web site, single feature or a small app, the process can take 2 to 4 weeks. Larger projects, like a complete web platform design with all functionalities, typically require 5 to 10 weeks or more, depending on the number of pages, the level of customization, and the need for research. Throughout the project, we ensure to maintain clear communication and provide regular updates, so you're always aware of the progress.
What tools and technologies do you use?
In our design workflow, we use a combination of cutting-edge tools and technologies to ensure smooth collaboration and high-quality outcomes. Figma is our go-to for designing and prototyping. We also use Adobe Creative Suite for more detailed visual design and asset creation. For communication and project management, we rely on Slack, Asana and emails to keep conversations organized and quick. These tools enable us to work efficiently, whether remotely or in-house.
