Strategy
In our process, UX Audit is centered around two key phases. First, a Heuristic Evaluation is conducted, where established usability principles are applied to identify issues, obstacles, and inconsistencies within the product's interface. These findings inform the Recommendations Development phase, where actionable and prioritized improvements are formulated to enhance usability and better align the product with user needs.

The timeline for a typical design project varies based on its complexity and scope. For smaller projects, such as designing a simple web site, single feature or a small app, the process can take 2 to 4 weeks. Larger projects, like a complete web platform design with all functionalities, typically require 5 to 10 weeks or more, depending on the number of pages, the level of customization, and the need for research. Throughout the project, we ensure to maintain clear communication and provide regular updates, so you're always aware of the progress.

In our design workflow, we use a combination of cutting-edge tools and technologies to ensure smooth collaboration and high-quality outcomes. Figma is our go-to for designing and prototyping. We also use Adobe Creative Suite for more detailed visual design and asset creation.
